We are looking for several hospitality-minded staff to assist with an upcoming event in Dallas November 10-13
Date: Staff needed November 10-13
Location: Hotel Near Downtown
All staff must be vaccinated or willing to show a negative covid test taken within 3 days of your first shift.
Role 1 - Registration - Checking people in, getting them their name badges, need to be comfortable typing and using a computer
Wednesday 11/10 2p-6p
Thursday 11/11 6:30a-4:30p or 8:30a-6p
Friday 11/12 6a-7p or 6a-5p
Saturday 11/13 6a-2p
Must be available November 10-12 or 10-13
Role 2 - Badge Scanner - scan attendee badges as they enter a workshop (do not need to be available each day)
Thursday 11/11 6:30a-12:30p or 11:30a-3:30p or 2p-6p
Friday 11/12 6:30a-12:30p or 6:30a-10:30a
Role 3 - Vaccine Check - You would check for vaccine or negative test status for people as they enter the convention using an Ap.
Thursday 11/11 6a-6p
Friday 11/12 6a-7p or 6a-3:30p
Pay: All shifts and positions pay $18.00 hour, plus a parking reimbursement will be provided
Attire for the event is black dress/work pants, a white polo, button down shirt and black shoes/sneakers with a matching belt. Visible tattoos must be covered and all piercings, other than earrings must be removed.
