Sign company in Orange County. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and who is determined to make every project his/her absolute best. RESPONSIBILITIES include • Vinyl weeding and application to various substrates. • Laminating/applying large format digital prints to various substrates • Sanding and polishing acrylic • Overall production assembly (cleaning, taping, and packaging finished product) • Installs signs when necessary • Works on different projects simultaneously • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes • Follows all given verbal and written directions/instructions QUALIFICATIONS • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, various saws, measuring devices such as drill, table saw, band saw, jigsaw, miter saw, circular saw, etc. (a plus) • Proficiency in cutting various substrates with utility knives and cutters (a plus) • Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work • Able to lift 50 or more pounds • Attention to detail, producing quality work is essential in our fast-paced, energetic environment • Ability to package/crate customer orders (a plus)
