Hello, I am seeking an investor to manage and run a coffee shop. must have experience and the funding to purchase equipment, built-out the space, and the working capital. (My estimated total investment is around $30,000, about $10,000 to build out the space, $9,000 for equipment, and the rest to be used as working capital to cover the utilities and payroll until the business takes off. you do not have to pay any portions of the monthly rent or the rental deposit.)
