The “Champaign-Urbana Population Study” or “CUPS” is the first joint Carle-University research study to be run on the new Siemens 7 Tesla MRI scanner; this machine is the centerpiece of the new Carle Illinois Advanced Imaging Center (see https://carle.org/services/carle-illinois-advanced-imaging-center). The CUPS website is https://cupopulationstudy.org/. Phase 1 of CUPS is starting now, and is of course IRB approved.
