Remodeling, maintenance and HVAC company seeking self motivated individual for full time service work. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge necessary. Various duties to include but not limited to: Replace toilets or repair insides or fix leaks Replace shower valves or stems as needed Figure out where a roof is leaking and make proper repair Minor drywall patching Minor painting Determine cause for sinking floor and make repairs Seal up entrances into home to prevent critters Install dishwashers Replace garbage disposals or repair Fix minor leaks under kitchen or vanity sinks Replace kitchen or vanity faucets Track down minor electrical problems and repair Learn city rental code to know what repairs to make Replace storm doors Change locks Clean minor mold Replace broken interior doors Pull dead animal out of crawlspace If you are still reading you can see we do a little of everything.
