1-2 guys Must be able to work off ladder

I am looking for 1 - 2 guys for 2-3 days. I am remodeling a pergola we have to remove fairly heavy supports,, paint new ones and reinstall. If you have not had experience working on an extension ladder, please do not apply, just safer and better for all involved. I would also like a guy who can trade off on ladder and also work as ground guy, just makes the work go better. We will work from 8:30 a.m. till about 4:30 or 5:00.
