DIRECT HIRE PERMANENT POSITION MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE - PREFER COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE $ 17 per hour, Choose 32 hours or less, choose 3 to 4 days, between Monday through Friday, If you work 30 hours or more you are eligible for benefits including PTO, health insurance and the company pays 90 % on employee and 50% on dependent and 401K. Able to make electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry repairs. Experienced with hand and power tools. Inspect properties and grounds.
