Innovative Contractors is seeking dedicated and reliable laborers/technicians willing to train to join our team. Duties and Training to include: • Installing valves and piping for Lift Stations, Water Facilities and Sewer systems • Working in confined spaces (Required - Training available) • Able to take initiative • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrate technical mechanical aptitudes • Able to demonstrate sound judgment and good decision-making skills • Able to manipulate 50 pounds on a regular basis, push/pull up to 100 pounds A clean driving record is required. 40 hrs, Benefits include health insurance, vacation, 3% company match IRA retirement and Holiday pay. We also offer supplemental insurance plans. Rate of pay will be based on the experience of the candidate. Sign-on bonus available after completion of probationary period.
