Grounds and general maintenance position for small condominium community in Princeville. We seek an experienced individual to help maintain the appearance and condition of grounds, equipment, and common area property. This is a part-time position, 18 hours per week, specific hours to be determined. Duties include light custodial work and maintaining common areas, wiping counters and laundry facility, changing exterior fixture lightbulbs, assisting with woodwork similar to replacing stair treads, small deck repairs, and wood siding, painting, power washing walkways, drainage control for water runoff, seasonal tree trimming, weeding/invasive plant control, replanting small plants as needed to keep the resort looking its best. Familiarity with safe operation and use of hand and power tools; mowing, edging, trimming; pruning techniques; stamina, time management, courtesy and discretion within a resort environment are all necessary skills. Basic familiarity with native and invasive plant species also helpful.
