Description

Meet Indiana Jones "Indie" -- He responds to the name, but could be re-named easily. Male 1 lb. / five weeks old. He was a found feral (all alone outside) at three weeks old. He was a lusty bottle feeder, and started to grow and thrive right away. Indie is now on solid food (wet) and almost has the hang of the litter box. At five weeks he is still very young, but super curious, fearless, interactive, and playful. I think he would make a great family cat -- Indie gets along with children and other pets. He seems to like everyone and indoor life! This little guy goes anywhere in his carrier, no fuss. I even think he will be a good candidate for leash training in a couple months! Indie really is a sweet darling with a beautiful face and tiger markings, a great personality, and very smart! I think this healthy boy is going to get pretty big, and soon he will need space! I have a carrier for him, litter box, and everything a new owner needs to take him right away. He has seen the vet, and has a file at SurfPaws in Hawaii Kai. Indie has no fleas or worms. He will need his shots in a few weeks, and then neutering in a few months. I recommend microchipping when the vet says its ok. Hawaii adoption only, and no fee -- to the right home. This is a forever situation, and cats can easily live over 15 years -- so you must be committed to the long term! HOWEVER If you find (for whatever reason) the re-homing does not work out -- I WILL take him back, no questions! The important thing is that Indie not be abandoned or taken to the Humane Society. Please contact me, tell me a bit about your situation, and history (if any) with cats -- and we can arrange a meeting, so you can interact with Indie, see if it feel right. Thank you.
