Found 12 ft Dingy type boat adrift in Kaneohe Bay.

Description

Found fiberglass boat adrift on east side of Kaneohe Bay. Boat has some broken hardware and no HA Numbers or registration visible. Appears to have a broken anchor line and in the water for some time. I will post pictures soon. Will return to rightful owner ASAP.
