Summary: Responsible for the washing and cleaning of production moulds and maintaining the highest standards, performing visual inspections and completing daily paperwork. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Place candy moulds into washer. - Use water sprayer to rinse candy moulds. - Visually inspect candy moulds for cleanliness, repeat cleaning steps if necessary. - Stack candy moulds. Physical Requirements: - Walk/stand on concrete between 8-12 hours. - Lift 25 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally. - Use hands/wrist repetitively for packing. Ability to grip/hold hand equipment. - Regular reaching out at waist level and frequent raising arms above the shoulders. - Ability to tolerate exposure to tree nuts, ground nuts (peanuts), chocolate, wheat, whey, soy, coconut, and milk dust, and various cleaning solutions. Abilities and Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Read, write and speak English. - Ability to work at least 2 shifts. Ability to work ALL work shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) strongly desired.
