Hi...Room is for long term, for at least 5 months, twice a week, any 3 hours between 1-5pm (for small bands or solo artists, brass, string players and singers). Use my Gear or bring and store your amp/combos. Drummer's should bring everything besides bass drum, toms, hardware and seat (snare is also optional, you can use mine if you want). It's pretty simple offer, 8x3hr rehearsals for $200/month. You pay for 1st and last month, I will give a keys. It's a music rehearsal/storage building, with doorman and policy that requires valid US ID and face cover to enter. WiFi + A/C + Heater = Free. Please No Smoking or Illegal Drugs!
