We want the cooking classes to be a fun entertainment occasion and all our classes are hands-on French Eclairs from scratch 2 hours class - Hands-on class. You'll learn the art and science behind Eclairs, how to make the pastry cream wand as well as making the choux dough You get to take home all of the Eclairs you make. Your safety is our priority: 4 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
