Give Thanks at Home or Thanksgiving with Us Bay View Collection’s Executive Chef Andrea Barbour invites you to a mouthwatering traditional Thanksgiving feast with juicy, herb-roasted turkey, Dijon and rosemary-rubbed ham and all the fixings you love: fluffy buttermilk-whipped potatoes, savory sourdough stuffing, brown sugar sweet potatoes peppered with smoked pecans and green beans with wild mushrooms and crispy shallots all balanced by a lovely cranberry purée. A sage and butternut squash lasagna is a hearty delight for vegetarians. The buffet-style meal includes starters of smoked seafood and a gorgonzola and brussels sprout salad with a tangy citrus vinaigrette. Remember to save room for Chef Andrea’s from-scratch desserts: golden crusted Bourbon-pecan or spiced sugar pumpkin pies with vanilla-whipped fresh cream. If you’re looking to add more to your own Thanksgiving spread or have us take care of the entire meal, we also offer a takeaway option available for curbside pickup featuring all of the items from chef’s stellar menu. Thanksgiving seatings at 16 Bay View are at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. with takeaways available at 3 p.m. The buffet is $74 for adults and $34 for children 12 and under and includes coffee, tea, iced tea and soda.
