Esther Weisman, founder of YouTube show "Min Dins," will show us some healthy swaps , as well as a super simple recipe you can make in minutes. Perfect for when you are short on time but you still want something healthy. We will review, taste and compare different options that you can use to cut out calories and carbs. You will then learn how to prepare unstuffed cabbage, a healthy and delicious dish that you can use when you are short on time or you just want to restart your diet. We will conclude with a tasty one-minute strawberry nice cream. At the end we will get to eat lunch together, and discuss which food swaps were your favorites. This healthy lunch will leave you feeling full to finish your day without a mid-afternoon food crash. Mask use: In accordance with federal and local guidance, mask wearing is required for anyone able while indoors at Columbus State Community College events. Children two years and under are not required to wear a mask. Parking: We are located at 250 Cleveland Ave, Columbus Ohio 43215 You can park in any of the lots surrounding the building.
