A Sound Bath is a Deeply Immersive full body listening Experience. Sound Healing as a Meditative process invokes deep relaxation. This event will be one hour long and will conclude with herbal tea. This Sound Healing event will use multiple Crystal Bowls and sound healing instruments, cool stones, and essential oil. You will want to dress comfortably and bring blankets, mat, pillows, etc. Whatever you might need to rest in comfort while listening, please bring.
