Join us for outdoor yoga along the beautiful St. Vrain River at WeeCasa Tiny Home Resort every Sunday at 9:30 am with Heather MacDonald!! Classes will be at a relaxed pace with equal time spent flowing between yin and yang style yoga; bringing together the benefits of passively held poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures and ending with the final relaxation surrounded by nature. All levels and abilities are welcome! Please bring a mat and a towel or blanket for your comfort as we practice on the lawn. Parking available in the big lot, walk along the river toward WeeGather (map attached) on the far end of the complex to find us. Care will be taken to ensure social distancing while enjoying the company of other travelers in this beautiful mountain setting. ***classes will be held inside during cooler/inclement weather *** WeeCasa is Colorado's first tiny house resort!  We have 22 tiny houses of varying sizes, models and builders available for nightly rental in the quaint town of Lyons, Colorado.  Also available for rent is The WeeGather, a flexible tiny house meeting space!
