Primary job responsibility is to monitor activities of auto glass repair technicians, sales, the repair of windshields, routine maintenance and prevention, while reporting to upper management. Windshield Repair - Experience Not Necessary - Will Train Use your business, leadership and people skills to inspire exceptional performance. Provide training, feedback and follow up on repair skills for sales/csr team members. Act as leader on duty on a rotating basis, by responding to guest and team member concerns, opening and closing the business and ensuring all Patsco property and personnel are secure. SKILLS REQUIRED: As a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for the inspection, repairs and maintenance of a variety of small buildings and common areas. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Must be able to organize, prioritize with a sense of urgency. ◆ 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Electrical or building maintenance experience required. ◆ Ability to take on-calls (evenings and weekends on rotation basis). ◆ Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical preferred. ◆ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds. 40-45 hour work week Salary - $20-$25 Per Hour DOE Management Experience: 4 Years Apply in person 9:30am Tuesday 11/2/2021 @ 5635 NW Central Dr Ste E-100, Houston, TX 77092.
