Qualifications Professional Tree Climbing: 1 year (Required) Driver's License and Vehicle (Required) Full Job Description *MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL TREE CLIMBING EXPERIENCE* Robinhood Tree Service will provide you job security and the ability to be home every evening. Our Crews work full-time year-round approximately 35-40 hrs. per week. We also have an in-house Mechanic who maintains and repairs all equipment to ensure our crews can consistently perform work at the highest level. We are always looking to expand our services which may provide other job opportunities for current employees such as stump grinding or bobcat equipment operator. Primary Duties: Responsible for the safe and successful completion of all tree climbing, pruning & removal tasks Basic tree care principals, pruning techniques, tree ID and disease ID Knowledgeable of all modern techniques of climbing & rigging Comfortable with close quarter removals Aerial rescue; safe work practices; proper PPE; hazard recognition; Dig Alert procedures and tree removal techniques; basic knots and rope operation for rigging; emergency tree rescue procedures Must have endurance to perform job duties throughout a standard 8 hour day. Excellent internal and external customer service skills, ensuring clients’ needs are met in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism Show up to work each day on time; complete all tasks within time expectations; adhere to company dress code policy; follows inclement weather policy and time off reporting procedures Able to work well in all temperatures/ weather and tolerate excessive noise from machines, chainsaws, wood chipper with use of hearing protection. Paydays are bi-weekly, every other Monday. Lead climbers $250 - $350 per day Jr. climbers $150 $200 per day Medical, dental and vision available after 90 days employment Assistance in purchasing and upgrading gear as well Requirements: Reliable vehicle and Driver’s License Min. 2+ years Tree Climbing & Pruning experience Must have tree climbing gear and climb saw in order to try out for the position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150-$350 per day Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Relocation assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Signing bonus Application Question(s): Do you have your own climbing gear (Saddle, Spurs, Ropes, etc.) and climb saw?
