You'll make Yakisoba, Fresh Spring Rolls, & California Roll. Paired with 3 Japanese beers. Matcha Chocolate covered Strawberries dessert. Learn to make your typical Japanese Pub foods: Yakisoba, Haru Maki (Fresh Spring Rolls), and out your California Sushi roll. Recipes will be give as well. Each person will receive a 4 oz cup of Japanese beer per dish made. Samples from Asahi, Kirin, and Sapporo beers. A very light Matcha Chocolate covered Strawberries for dessert.
