Multi-award winning vocalist Takako Performing live at Urban press Born and raised on the island of Hokkaido, Japan. Her singing career started at the Yamaha Music Academy in Sapporo. Since coming to Los Angeles Takako transitioned from the world of Japanese pop songs to the universal language of Jazz standards. Takako's voice is warm, exciting, inviting. Lyrics come alive with her interpretations. You smile, clap your hands, pat your feet and you enjoy the music. Hiro Morozumi, Pianist Hiro, jazz pianist has won a number of prestigious awards. Some of Hiro's performances: Duke Ellington Orchestra in Japan Blue Note Tokyo Dizzy's Club at Lincoln Center Tokyo Jazz Festivals Established in 2016.
