Presented by the Masterwork Chorus, a holiday concert featuring treasured seasonal classics loved by all. The Masterwork Chorus presents a holiday concert featuring seasonal classics such as “Twas the Night Before Christmas” and “Sleigh Ride” accompanied by three nostalgic Chanukah songs: S’vivon/Al Hanism, Mi Yemalel, and Ma’oz Tsur, set by a wonderful Broadway composer. The two newest pieces “This Christmastide” and “Mountain Christmas” remind us of holiday memories that sustain and bring us together, year after year. The Ballad of the Brown King a cantata composed by Margaret Bonds performed by Malcolm J. Merriweather will be a highlight of the evening. Your safety is our highest priority, all patrons are required to show proof of full vaccination protection. The church building has air circulation and ventilation units throughout which circulate the air through UV light and HEPA air purifiers which make the building extremely safe. Out of an abundance of caution masks are required inside the building as an expression of care for all patrons and performers. Masterwork Chorus is over 100 voices. Founded in 1955, the non-profit chorus is dedicated to enrich, delight and support the cultural life of the community through high-quality inspiring choral performances.
