Stolen backpack

Black backpack stolen on Sunday morning, 10/31/21. At the time, it contained two water bottles and pink wallet. Saw a man (w/ a gray pitbull) walking around town with it but did not want to confront him. The police were called. If you happen to see the backpack or a pink wallet discarded anywhere, the information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. **The person wearing the backpack in this photo is the owner of it, NOT the person who stole it.
