Rehoming our 3 year old cat

We have a 3 year old male tabby cat. He is spayed and up to date on shots and microchipped. He loves other animals and kids and anyone willing to snuggle with him. He’s a great family let but unfortunately we had to move due to our lease being up and the owner is selling the house. There is a small 50 rehoming fee for him to ensure he goes to a good home.
