Multi course Popup Dinner by JEM Dining hosted by our friends at By the Brewery
JEM Dining is popping up at By The Brewery for another Supper Club Dinner! As always, Chef Josh will be highlighting local farms and seasonal ingredients. We will be serving 4 courses, a complimentary mocktail, plus a few extra surprises! Some of the dishes will include seared ribeye steak with caramelized onions and duck confit; as well as a tribute to chicken piccata with seasonal butternut squash and brown butter. This event will be BYOB. We do not charge a corkage fee, so feel free to bring that exclusive bottle of Burgundy or a 6 pack of Bud Light… or anything in-between. We hope to see you there! Sitting is limited.
Price: $75 per person, which includes a welcome mocktail, a 4 course meal, and a few more surprise bites! Tax and a 15% gratuity will be added to the ticket price. If you prefer, upon checkout there will be an option to remove the included gratuity.
We try to accommodate food allergies and restrictions. Please inform us of any restrictions you or a guest in your party may have upon making your reservation. Please keep in mind that we are a small operation with a small team and it is not feasible for us to accommodate all food preferences.
As all guests are served simultaneously, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the start time in order to get settled, pour wine, etc. Please be prompt. Those arriving late will receive the current dish in the menu’s progression and may not be able to enjoy dishes served prior to their arrival.
We have communal seating, so you may be seated with other guests.
We do not have a dress code, but business casual is recommended.
