Lost quaker parrot named Toulouse. She got out in early September. She is bright blue with a blue band on her right foot. She is not microchiped. Very friendly but I can imagine she will be scared to approach a stranger, she knows how to say step up, watcha doin, hello, and she knows how to give kisses. I’m offering a 200$ reward upon her return. I believe she’s still in the area but she does have her flight wings so she can definitely get far. Please contact me if you’ve spotted her, or somehow managed to catch her.
