MARYLAND — Multiple people have been reported missing across Maryland recently, and we are hoping you can help bring them home. Call the number listed with each person, or dial 911 to provide information. Callers may remain anonymous. Kimberly Dixon Epps, 35, was last seen in Pikesville wearing a red Ohio State hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans. She was in the 8200 block of Streamwood Road around 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30. Anthony Givens, 21, was last seen in Owings Mills at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28. He was in the 9800 block of Bale Court wearing a black shirt and gray pants. Wadnisha Onjoline Zephirin, 24, disappeared from Germantown at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26. She was last seen on Turmeric Court, and her family last spoke with her at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27. William Birmingham, 64, disappeared from Baltimore at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26. He was wearing a navy-blue jacket with "Standard Auto" on the front with black pants.
