My quaker parrot is desperately lonely and making flock calls at the tv every time I put on bird shows for her. She's not fond of budgies as they are too small and fast. I'm hoping someone reading this needs to re-home a parrot of similar size, ideally another quaker but a conure or Senegal would also work size wise. I do not want to go through a breeder when I know there are so many parrots surrendered, so here I am looking. My bird is fed Harrison pellets, fresh chop every morning, nutriberries and sunflower seeds as treats, and occasionally get bits of my food if it's bird safe. She also free flies in my house to an assortment of perches and play stands. I work from home and so am able to give the amount of attention and enrichment parrots need.
