Facilities Manager (Atlanta, GA) Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be counted on to build partnerships with the clinic employees and the 3rd party contractors to collectively execute projects, renovations, build-outs and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. He or she will ensure uptime of critical facility operational equipment, provide asset protection and coordinate with outside contractors regarding building services to ensure a clean and safe environment. Primary Responsibilities Be the first point of escalation for facility maintenance emergencies. Prioritize daily facility issues and work with service contractors to schedule as needed. Oversee maintenance-related procurement requests. Project-manage large-scale maintenance projects such as renovations, signage, painting, security, communications. Develop relationship with property management and liase, as needed, to complete assignments. Perform monthly building inspections with a high attention to detail to identify necessary repairs or improvements. Oversee contractors as part of new center buildouts and renovations. Closely monitor progress to ensure the quality of work and that key milestones are met. Maintain lease management program to ensure compliance with all company leases and to ensure no date-specific requirements are missed. Oversee vendor maintenance contracts. Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Complete all other functions and assignments as assigned. Perform project management services to other large scale projects across the company, e.g., acquisition integration activity tracking. Primary Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience Strong customer service skills. Past experience in a highly relational, service-oriented environment High sense of urgency Prior project experience in facilities management, retail, construction, or real estate Strong listening and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Project management experience in any industry/environment preferred Availability to travel within region 25 - 50% of work time Must be able to work independently CRH Healthcare provides a professional work environment, a strong clinical support organization and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
