Frequently Reposition Heavy Exercise Equipment and Assist W/Physical Rehab & Range of Motion Exercises. Compensation: $20 - $25 per hr DOE Vicinity 35th Ave & Glendale Ave (Phoenix) Prospective client is a mature female, semi-retired, who has undergone back and neck procedures. She has a series of exercises designed to improve mobility and flexibility which are illustrated & diagrammed on charts. Assistance is needed in performance of the designated rehab program & cumbersome weight equipment often needs to be moved about from one room to another. Qualifications: Strength & patience is required. Experience in exercise training, fitness, physical therapy, massage or yoga is a plus - but NOT entirely essential. More important is understanding that after an injury or physical procedure progress is often measured in small increments. (This is not a circumstance for a "Drill Sergeant" approach. Situation available for male or female. The wearing of a mask is requested & a Covid 19 Vaccinated Person is preferred.) Compensation: $20 to $25 per hr DOE (Cash payment at conclusion of each session.) Frequency: Once weekly increasing as needed. Hours: Flexible.
