Need small size Chandelier hung in dining room

I have a small size chandelier in my dining room needing to be replaced with a new one. It hangs in the middle of the room and would need a 30 ft ladder. Other than that would only need basic tools that I can provide and shouldn’t take too long only really available Tuesdays and Sundays for someone to come over to take care of it. Willing to pay $150
