Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Critical Care, Short/Long Term Disability Insurance Paid Vacation and Sick time 401K and Roth with 9% match Promote from within Electric Vehicle Charging stations Employee discounts Responsibilities: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications: Must have own tools Strong automotive background (3-5 years experience desired) Strong teamwork skills Must have clean driving record & valid driver's license Must be 21 and over Ability to drive a stick shift is a plus Chrysler Level 2 Certified preferred Covid-19 Precaution(s): Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning procedures in place Personal protective equipment provided Bill Luke is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
