A California licensed real estate broker managing and remodeling residential properties in Stockton and Sacramento area has openings for remodeling and maintenance tradesmen.
You need to have construction or house/apartments maintenance/repair experience.
Experience in finish carpentry, finish electrical and finish plumbing is a plus.
Most job sites are in Stockton and Sacramento area.
Pay rate depends on experience.
