LONG-TERM EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER needed to manage cleaning duties for home + office for a single female professional.
HOME: 2+2 luxury high-rise condo in Westwood with 2 cats. No kids and a very clean, tidy, organized single female professional.
OFFICE: is in Beverly Hills (1.5 miles from condo)
HOURS: Monday - Friday. Hours are 8 am - 12N (4 hours per day) Most days the job will start at the office for about an hour then at the condo. Drive time is paid. Min of 20 hours per week and some times more if available. Paid through payroll every 2 weeks.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDES Deep cleaning, general daily cleaning on both condo and office taking care of plants + 2 cats. occasional errands. Bringing in packages Light meal prep sometimes
Need someone who is organized, an excellent mulita-tasker, and an expert at keeping a home clean and running like a well-oiled machine. The ideal candidate is fun, has a positive, upbeat personality. MUST have a great driving record, and a safe, reliable vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must speak English - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Able to follow a checklist with very little management.
* Must live within a 30-minute drive to Beverly Hills
* Strong work ethic, honest, truthful. 100% reliable, detailed oriented. Extremely focused, meticulously organized, and systems-oriented. Takes pride in fully completing work flawlessly.
* Basic Computer skills
* Must own a car, insurance, and a California driver’s License.
* A history of stable background.
* Have at least 1 professional, verifiable reference
