Full Time Nanny/Housekeeper for Santa Monica Family A family in Santa Monica is in need of a very kind, organized, efficient nanny/housekeeper/cook to help with our baby girl and home (our baby is 3 month old). The basic needs are child care, education, play time, general daily tidying, deep cleaning as needed, organizing, and keeping the home neat and clean, some cooking and preparing snacks. The ideal candidate has experience working in a home as a nanny and housekeeper before, and can successfully switch between tasks throughout the day and the week. The mother works from home and is hands-on with the baby throughout the day, so there will be plenty of opportunity for you to focus on the house, cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, etc. Must have an eye for detail and know how to prioritize tasks, making sure all responsibilities for the day are complete before you leave. You MUST be kind, polite, calm, easy to get along with, a great communicator, and have positive energy. Must follow direction very well, as the family is very specific with instruction and would appreciate someone who will not have to be reminded of what to do. The family would love to find someone who is fun, upbeat, playful, and a great team player that could grow with our young family in the future years to come.
