Description
We are a property management company working with apartment buildings mostly in the El Monte area. We are looking to hire immediately.
Duties will include:
-cutting grass/trimming hedges/pruning shrubs
-removing trash from apartments and property/keeping the properties clean/using a blower
-cutting overgrown trees and bushes
-Repairing/installing sprinklers/drip systems, etc.
-Assisting the maintenance workers at different properties
-other work involved with property management
