Just got back from the store. A 3 pound pack of bacon was 23 dollars. Was maybe 15 dollars 6 months ago. They had small jars of pasta sauce for $3 each with a big “SALE” sign above them, probably $1.75, 6 months ago. I also saw a commercial where they are now selling “sausage” Bacon. Because it tastes better?…impossible. Because regular bacon is getting too expensive. They are substituting sausage because it’s made of well I’m not sure exactly. Animal Parts is parts!
