keys/synth for 3rd member of rock and roll band

Looking for someone who's serious about being in a band and is a "versatile" keyboard/synth player who doesn't mind "dumbing things down." It's pretty much just very straight forward rock and roll. Some songs aren't as simple as others. Ideally I'd like someone who can play bass lines with left hand and chords and diddly things on right but I'm willing to work with someone. For most of these songs I've already got ideas. I have particular taste but I'm also open to suggestion. Indirectly, a sense of empathy towards all peoples, including homeless people, is ideal as well... Just don't be an asshole. It should go without saying that things like race, gender, and religion are not qualities to judge someone by included. I've been writing for >10 years. Moved to Portland about a year ago and been playing with my drummer for about 6 months, though, I recently changed up the set. I'm 33 and he's 40.
