Stolen backpack

Black backpack stolen on Sunday morning, 10/31/21. At the time, it contained two water bottles and pink wallet. Saw a man (w/his gray pitbull) walking around town with it but did not want to confront him. The police were called. This happened near City Hall. If you happen to see the backpack or a pink wallet discarded anywhere, the information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. **The person wearing the backpack in this photo is the owner of it, NOT the person who stole it.
