Have you ever eaten from a food truck or a street vendor? Then I want to interview you. This interview will not be any longer than 25 minutes. You will sign a consent form prior to the appointment, as this protects your privacy as you will be recorded. You can opt-out of the interview at any point. Payment of $20 will be sent through Venmo, PayPal, wire transfer after the interview has taken place. To qualify for this interview you must have the following: 1. Eaten street food 2. Must be 18-45 years old 3. Must have access to a computer with a camera, wifi, or phone with a camera that can access zoom, or google meets.
