I'm Alfred Omega. You don't recognize my name, but I started playing bass professionally at age 7 with a fairly big-name band, The Beatles. I was a wunderkind who was so good at playing final bass notes that Paul hired me to play that last note on "A Day in the Life". Yes, my timing is that good. Other recordings you can hear me on are "Won't Get Fooled Again" by the Who, "I'm Just a Singer in a R&R Band" by the Moody Blues, "Go All the Way" by the Raspberries, and being a longtime friend of the late, great Elmer Lynn Hauldren, you can hear my work on that important final note in the TV commercial for "EMPIRE". Ever so humble, I remain uncredited on all of these recordings. Now mostly retired, I am taking only the highest-paying gigs, studio or live. On stage or in the studio, I will only play the final note or notes on a song, so no need to give up your regular bassist. I have a particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career.
