Looking for a talented contractor or couple of guys (or girls) to rebuild a set of stairs on my family's property. Gave the job to someone and he's fallen off the planet after saying how reliable he was. You must have insurance for yourself (in case something happens while you're on the job), have some photographic examples of your past work and be able to give me a quote after seeing the job.
