Found this little guy in our garage

Are you missing a kitty? We heard him crying on the front porch in the morning on Wednesday and later found him hiding in the garage. He looks well cared for, like he belongs somewhere. He appears to be friendly and playful. Probably somewhere around 10-12 weeks old.
