Are you about to hit 60 and still have not put together those original songs floating around in your head? I want to pull together a middle aged band that has one goal - learning and recording those songs in our heads that we need to get down on tape before it is too late. This is a side project (I am in a great band, but originals are not in the works currently). Ideally a "Best of KC" type of recording/CD/release by summer would be the ultimate goal. I play bass, some guitar and some keyboards. This could be really fun and turn into a project that gets some local attention. Who knows! THIS NEEDS TO BE A BAND - not just a loose collection of soloists. You know who you are. Contact me with your thoughts and let's see if there is any interest in such a project. Peace.
