Montrose Pet Hotel is a small pet boarding facility in the heart of Fairfax. We are looking for reliable, hard working individuals with a mind for compassionate pet care. Our facility specializes in giving individual attention to each guest- there are no group play sessions, so we want every dog and cat to feel like they are getting the care and support they need. This job is very physical, with long shifts on your feet and lots of bending, cleaning, and picking up after pets. Barking dogs, occasionally aggressive dogs, and cats are a part of this job. You will feel like you need a shower after every shift, but our boarders are fantastic and playing with pups and kitties is definitely part of the job! Holidays and weekend work are an absolute must, and reliable transportation is needed as the buses do not run after we close or before we open, especially on weekends. Our shifts run 6:30am-1:00pm and 1:00pm-7:00pm or close of business. Prior experience is a plus but not required. All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and must be at least 18 years old.'
