Description
My child was just diagnosed with epilepsy. Smart dogs with friendly, related temperaments can detect seizures without training. Therefore we are looking for a small, preferably female dog, such as a small poodle or small mixed breed, to adopt.
We already have a small terrier. He's a 13 year old male, 14 lbs, and we have had him his entire life. He's unfortunately not a family dog. He's bonded to the head of household (mom's dog), which is why he'd not be a suitable seizure dog for our child.
He loves the company of other small dogs, but on his territory, he does slightly better with female dogs.
If you have an intelligent, small, sweet, female dog that you need to re-home, please consider us.
We are not interested in a dog from a breeder.
