I need help for my mortgage loan approval, I don't have good credit score and I'm in the process of getting it fixed, but as of now I'm in the process of getting a mortgage loan due to low credit score the underwriter rejected, so now I need someone to be in my loan as a co-applicant who has good credit score. I know this is a weird thing to ask, but I promise this will not affect anything bad to you, it will be a one time credit hit, you will be on my mortgage loan with me until my credit score is back, even it will help you to bring your credit score up. If needed I can pay you some reasonable amount every month until you are in my loan. This is a legitimate request, I can show you my pay stubs, I have a good paying job, I can prove and promise I'll pay my monthly mortgage EMI. I have been paying rent around $1300 for almost 9yrs, my new EMI is going to be around that same amount. I'm asking this because I already paid some earnest money and I like this house very much, so I don't want to miss this.
