Looking for Female Vocals for new Alt-Country Band

We're a new band that's looking to add some female vocals to our sound. In the beginning your vocals would mostly be for harmonies but you will probably sing lead on some of the songs. Bonus points if you play some kind of instrument (keys or any string instrument) but not required. Our sound can be compared to Neil Young, Wilco, Neko Case, Uncle Tupelo, Whiskeytown, The Jayhawks, etc. It's that "Alt-Country" sound where some songs lean more alternative, some lean more country and everywhere else between that space.
