Description
I am looking to give my wonderful dog a new home before moving to NYC. Rosco is a 45 pound year-and-a-half old, has all shots, house trained, and a sweet spirit. He is continuing to learn and listens well especially when play is involved. Wants nothing more than to play and cuddle next to you in bed or on the couch. He is fairly energetic (loves fetch and going for short runs), but if you're not ready to play in that moment, he gets the point pretty quickly. When things are mellow at home, he is happy to nap and trot around the house. He hasn't shared a home with any kids or other pets, so a place on his own would probably be for the best. He's getting a better handle on the leash, still has some work to do, but has improved so much in the time I've been with him. He's generally very good at home and isn't destructive, but on rare occasions will snag food off the counter when you're not home.
It's difficult to say goodbye to him, but I know a home that loves him well will be better than what I can provide for him in NYC.
